Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- You return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery, in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging intact
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Your order was cancelled before it was shipped
Items that are not eligible for return or refund include:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance sales
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
- Items returned without original tags or in used/damaged condition (unless the damage was present on arrival)
How to Request a Refund

- Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (in case of damaged/defective items).
- Once approved, we’ll share instructions for returning the item to us.
- Your item will be inspected upon receipt to confirm it meets our return conditions.
Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds will be issued as a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank/card statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per this policy after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred, at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size) instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
